Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

At our discretion, we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be returned. In these cases, customers are not required to ship the item back to us.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, it applies to the product cost only unless otherwise stated.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please place a new order.


Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days

  • Refunds may be issued without requiring a return

  • Shipping fees are not refundable
